Post : Call Center Agent

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Working days per week & working hours: (9h) day/week from : Saturday to Thursday

 

Major responsibilities in order of importance:

1. Make outgoing telemarketing and telesales calls to potential clients.

2. Receive incoming calls from potential customers.

3. Receive incoming calls from customers and perform the customer support activities.

4. Make quality-control-outgoing-calls-checks for any maintenance activities performed by the company.

 

Educational requirements/preferences:

College graduate

Skills required:

  • Minimum experience of 2 years as a call center agent.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English.
  • Computer literate and acquainted with MS Office applications.

P.S. The candidate will receive extensive technical and product knowledge training prior the commencement of his activities as well as on the job training.
